Beautiful knife! April 26, 2024 Reviewer: Tim Fox from Freeport, ME United States   I’m doing an UL backpacking trip with a friend in the fall and he helped me move so I bought him this knife as a thank you gift. Fastpack for Xmas October 11, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous from Kenosha, WI United States   I have had a Basecamp for some time and it is an excellent medium-sized fixed blade. It is comfortable, the Elmax blade almost never need re-sharpening and it is an attractive, well made knife to boot. Brilliant small knife April 7, 2023 Reviewer: Jonathan Rooney from Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear United Kingdom   Tnis has quickly become a favourite, I believe it might be the best value knife I've ever seen. Beautiful design, excellent, safe sheath. Elmax super steel finished well out of box. I haven't done anything to the edge yet aside from a small stropping after first (light) use. Literally my only complaint is that the sheath I received was not as nice as what is pictured online as accompanying the fastpak. GOAT/Greatest of all time February 11, 2023 Reviewer: Steve C from Kings Park, NY United States   Ive been a collector of fine knives for over 50yrs. I carry a knife every single day. I have found my favorite knife. Its the perfect balance of weight , steel, thickness, perfect for slicing , my wife borrows it for preparing meats. Perfect for peeling apples persimmons grapefruit. I heat my house with a wood stove, we have an endless supply of cardboard boxes that i slice up everyday several times a day. Elmax steel is so easy to touch up to get razor sharp again. I have experience w cpm154, 20cv,110,s30,s45,s90 too many to list. This a great knife. Dont hesitate just buy it. I bought a 2nd because its so good. Customer service was amazing. I had a sm  problem with my first sheath. The guys at rainier responded immediatey and made it right, free of charge. No questions asked. Thanks guys, i can rest and stop my lifelong search for the perfect edc knife Was this review helpful to you?
